1. If you believe our content infringes your copyright
Send a written notice to our copyright agent at support@thrillshort.com with the subject "Copyright notice". Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
- where the material appears on the Service (the series, episode and timestamp, or the page address);
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We review every complete notice promptly and remove or change material when appropriate. Knowingly making a false claim of infringement can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
2. Likeness and AI concerns
Our series are made with generative AI tools, and our characters are fictional. If you believe a character resembles you, or uses your likeness, voice or other work without permission, email us with the series, episode and timestamp and an explanation. We will review it promptly and, where appropriate, edit or remove the material.
3. Reporting copies of our episodes
If you find ThrillShort episodes posted somewhere without our permission, we'd be grateful if you send us the links.
